About S.T.E.M. Lab
The Anser STEM lab is a brand new addition to the Anser School. It is run and taught by Rebekah Wherry.
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
These subjects are taught to students to help them to succeed in our world full of these principals.
The STEM core values are:
1. Critical Thinking, this includes solving challenging problems and thinking for yourself.
2. Communication, communication to other people about your ideas and solutions.
3. Collaboration, students work together to solve problems and come up with new ideas.
4. Creativity, this includes everyone thinking out of the box for new solutions and ideas.
These core values are here to create the most success in students.

Our STEM Lab
Our STEM Lab offers the following classes: 2/3 , 4/5, and 6 Innovation Lab, Kindergarten, 1st , 2/3. and 4/5 CBC, and 6th grade/Junior High Electives.
Innovation Lab, CBC, and Electives are weekly classes all teaching different topics relating to STEM. Our STEM Lab norms are:
1.Practice scientific thinking and vocabulary as often as you can.
2. Wait and listen attentively for specific instructions.
3. Share your unique ideas courageously and with consideration for others.
4. Use tools appropriately, safely and for their intended purposes.
These norms were written by Anser students and create a fun, safe, and productive learning environment.
